The script you use for the website linked in your thread (Free Proxy List - Free Anonymous Proxy Servers - Free Proxy Websites) is free. Yet, the look/design has been customized which I paid for. The graphical template has been made available for purchase here ad on other places.
Toan Nguyen Minh (this is your name, right?), I don't recall having sold the graphical template to you :thumbdown:, and as I have been in contact with buyers of the template I doubt that they had transferred it to you :thumbdown:.
Therefore, I really want to know where you did obtain the graphical template, of which I am the owner and have exclusive rights. I further expect that you get in contact with by PM so that I can give you payment instructions.
If this matter cannot be solved within 48 hours I will take further action, and also officially report you the mods here and anywhere else you advertise the proxy list site under consideration.
Maybe it's the same person that once copied the template from ProxB.Com. This really sucks a lot if someone tries to copy your template, but there isn't a lot you can do against it.
I've ignored him and you might've seen how big ProxB came and how small the copier's XinWorx.Com stayed :rofl: Don't bother about his website, keep promoting it and hopefully he will use another template in the future ;)

You really should be careful here. The legal issues surrounding Look and Feel are not simple. The Lotus v. Borland case is particularly relevant.
I believe that you will discover that it is difficult or impossible to copyright the look and feel of a design.
