When i sign in in my account at atproxy for example, it logs me in but when i click on submit proxy it takes me to the login or register page. is it my cookies or is it problem on the websites ?????

Have you tried clearing your cookies? Which browser are you using? Which operating system?
ok i was using Opera n it was ok but now i have this problem, i tried Internet Explorer and the same, i even downloaded and installed Google Chrome. n im using Windows XP. lol and still the same ...... did u try adding any new proxies ????
