Is it allowed to cheat with Tech-Faq?

I found a way to cheat with Tech-Faq.. not planning to do this, but is it allowed if you don't see it Will?

"Cheating", by definition, means something that is not allowed.

There are lots of ways to temporarily fool the proxy list script -- some of which will probably never be preventable.

But, cheaters get caught and banned all the time. It's the cycle of life in the jungle.

Send them in Will's direction. There may be (a) fixable exploit(s) in the proxy list script.
