where can I get this script? I asked Will long time ago and he said not yet available for public. But how come I see many people have this script?:mad::mad:
Did they buy it?

Be friendly, contribute quality posts, get the script for free as a thanks! ;)
Some similar scripts are available for 5 to 10 $. I think you will find them if you search Google ;)
The script is constantly being improved, but isn't quite ready for public distribution.
If you want I can sell you the freeproxies.eu script it's nearly similar to the atproxy script.
It's just a modded version of speedy proxies script from unikscript.com. It's nothing like atproxy. You (or someone) has made it look similar-ish, and done a good job too, but do you have resell rights for that script?
So are there any proxy list scripts that are free out there?? I have been using one from "proxycoder", but he doesen't seem to be out there any more. There hasn't been update in months.
The proxycoder script has been discontinued and development stopped, unfortunately. The last official version was the second (0.0.2.1), but I thought the first (0.0.1.1)was the best myself. There was a version 3 (0.0.3.1) made, the grey one, but not released. I believe it was based on v2 though. The last ever script update was Oct 2010 - revision 7 - pm me if you want a link to those files (but use at your own risk). The proxycoder domain expired in Sept 2010 and wasn't renewed, it looks like it's been bought by someone else and is now parked.
I don't know of any (legal) free listing scripts at present but there are some cheap ones about. A lot of people are using the pointproxy one, $15 or there's the speedy proxies script for $10. If you're happy with what you've got now then there's no reason to change until something better comes along. The good news is you don't need a link in the footer now, it can be removed and used without one.
Yeah it's been awhile in between updates, but you can still download 0.0.2.1 from google code -
