Cheap or Possibly Free Proxy List Script suggestions?

I want to create my third proxy list site with the domain name I recently accuired: TopProxys.com

I have been using the script from proxy coder, but it has been discontinued.

Can anyone suggest a cheap or free proxy script that gets regular updates.
