This was a nice idea. Hope it pans out. Will this be for tech-faq issues only or can this be used for General proxy discussions?

You should post about your proxy submission services in the B/S/T: Services forum.

The Tech-FAQ Proxy List Support Forum is a sub-forum of the Web Proxies forum, where general proxy issues can be discussed.

Great idea indeed!
Will use this forum a lot I think

Too bad I got a lifetime ban on DP so I can't promote my services no more

I don't deserve that (they said I was using 2 accounts which wasn't true.. why would I use 2 if my Aquarezz account is so good...)

But doesn't matter, maybe I have more luck here

Digitalpoint is over rated anyhow

I hope this place takes off and supports the proxy webmaster userbase as a whole becuase everything else out there.. sucks.

The DP mods have really gone nuts in the B/S/T sections. I was banned for a week for (allegedly) bumping someone else's thread. It's just senseless. The B/S/T sections are for people doing business and the DP mods are getting in the way of business.

Please start a thread in out Marketplace forums about your services. Also, you can create a blog here by clicking the "Blogs" menu item on the nav bar above and clicking "Your blog".

Hope this forum will be a great place for proxy webmasters to hang out and share infos. I've joined so many proxy forums and most of them are dead or sleeping.

Just having a clean (free from spamming when people are trying to discuss but perhaps allowed in its own section or not at all) point of contact with the large number of proxy web masters would be great

People submit their proxies to you, then you can guide all of them here!

The only place i look for proxy related info is the massive thread over on digitalpoint and i have piped up about the state of what we are using to discuss (one single thread? Have you tried searching for any info in that proxy thread, its hard - you basically loose all the advanced features to help search. come on this is 2008). The problem is, no one is interested in moving.

So in summary, something add/spam free which people can actually learn stuff from past threads.

I concur. I think that having multiple threads will allow us to be more organized.

We can keep the "here's my new proxy!" posts in their own thread.

I also like freexs.org's idea of a section for proxy templates.

This place shouldn't just be a place to chat, it should also be a place to get good resources and to learn how to be more successful in this crazy business.
