Geesh.....
All the script is, is a "submit url" database. Someone makes a proxy, and submits it to a mysql database, and it's query is displayed on a certain point of the template. You don't need to ask for one, you can make one. Lol!! How ever you will need to make sure you disable htmlentities so no one can "exploit" your code.

Make sure you edit config.php so you can go directly to http://your-site.com/install.php. Also, delete install.php when you are done :) All it does is add a few tables to your phpmyadmin so your script will run. Another thing it has administrator access. You can access it here at http://your-site.com/admin.php. Who ever coded this was a dork, I do not like the installer, and I do not like the layout. I will be modding this shortly. But, enjoy :)

That site I used for a demo is suspended, because I didn't follow their TOS. xD
