Will mentioned before he has been tracking down the people abusing .co.cc domains and banning them. But them simply submiting a lot of proxy sites to his proxy list is not an issue. That's what it's there for.
I submited a proxy the other day and got around 800 hits from it. That's the same amount I used to get during the summer months without any .co.cc. Tech-FAQ shouldn't be a make it or break it aspect of your marketing, but just another way to complement it.

. There are alot of different methods you can check for when banning a site besides IP addresses. Specailly their paypal, you could simple refuse payments from their account. Then they wouldn't beable to buy the listing.
