Megaproxylist.com Why delete my webproxy on list ?

Hi !
I submitted my website proxy on megaproxylist.com .
But after 1 hour. i didn't see my proxy on list .
Please tell me why ?

i still don't receive reason that why was my website deleted ?
And if it was deleted, do you refund money to me ?

It's one of Will's, it redirects from tech-faq.com/proxy so I guess he's seperating the two.

At first glance I'd guess it was something to do with the mess that's supposed to be your backlinks in the footer, it looks like somebody's scribbled over them all with a marker pen, they are indistinguishable from each other so makes them useless, but I don't know for sure. Or it could be the adf.ly pop-up crap. Like I said though it's only a guess, you'd have to ask Will (or Nathan maybe). I don't know their refund policy either, you could ask for one or credit or something.
