I believe one user has monopoly on Tech Faq, i will not give any names or domains but i'm sure is not something temporary, today submitted 30 +/- proxies alone.
Daily is submitting 10 - 30 proxies = 300 - 900 monthly submissions only from one user. I think is an abuse because right now, 4:23 PM GMT from 25 proxies on the main page he has 18.
Tell us your opinion, should be limited the number of daily submissions / user, for example 5 or 10 or any user should be able to submit unlimited proxies and create a monopoly? example, one user should be allowed to submit 95% of the proxies listed on Tech Faq alone.
I just checked out tech faq..it does look like that someone is abusing the system..
More than 1/3 of the proxies are submitted by one user alone, around 4 PM GMT ( best time to submit i think ) he had the monopoly, i explained, from 25 proxies 18 are submitted by this user, he submitted 30 +/- proxies today and daily since june-july is submitting over 10, i don't think is normal.
monopoly - the exclusive possession or control of something, a company or group having exclusive control over a commercial activity.
There's something I don't agree with in your Poll:
No, any user should be able to dominate the list alone and have the monopoly.
I don't think that's the proper way to ask a question as it already suggests an answer.
This should be:
No, any user should be able to submit as many proxies as he wants.
Let me remind you all that TF Proxy list is built to help the end-user and not the proxy owner. ;)
But the proxy owners are charged for listing their site, so they will lose money..if there is just one person who is submitting all the sites he wants then it will discourage other proxy owners to submit their site...

Maybe, but can't ignore the owners, the owners make the proxies and submit them. Without the proxy owners there are no proxies, no proxy lists. We the proxy owners keep the lists and the proxy market alive.
That's true, but everyone is being charged, not only you.

Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with TF in any way. I don't own any proxies, proxy lists or anything that's related to the proxy business, this is just my personal opinion. ;)
Well, didn't Will say something about limiting the submissions for users? The problem is that people will just submit via proxies instead and use other coupons ;)
Imagine if ebay were to limit mass listings by sellers, every powerseller would be out of business and you probably won't find as many good bargains. In the world of business, every niche with a healthy margin will attract competition which will squeeze the margin for everyone in the trade. It is the same everywhere you go. Those who adapt to the changing circumstances survive, those who wait for the circumstances to change get left behind. Sometimes it's not a bad idea to look elsewhere, the world is a big place and there are plenty of opportunities.
I assume that the bulk/all of his submissions are free co.cc domains? If so I am completely against it.
If he is paying for his domains, at least he is limited by the money he has to spend in buying new domains which in turn is regulated by the profit he makes from listed proxies.
