If Will gives away another free coupon, I'd have to stop submitting sites to tech-faq. (Unless he gives me thrice as many free coupons).

We're getting too many submissions right now, so I may even reduce the availability of paid coupons.

The email, RSS, and Twitter distribution channels help, but I really want to see improvements in the stats of direct traffic delivered from the web site to each proxy.

I've done a lot of promotion, and I will do more, but I've hit a point where further improvement in the SERPS is really hard.

I've had success in the last few months by competing for a wider range of SERPS, but then we just got more submissions.

Probably my next move is similar -- working to rank for a larger number of lower traffic SERPS.

True, from what I see the numbers are like they were before -- When TF was still free

Maybe the bulk coupon prices should become higher again? Since buying an $80 value coupon for $54 looks like you do a lot of profit... Do you have a pannel where you see the value of free coupons available? Or the value of paid coupons still floating around on the net?
