Just a random insane thought here. Wouldn't an aftermarket in cheap coupons potentially bring back the exact same crap site spamming element that they are intended to get rid of in the first place?

thats what i meant to say in my last post. and for the same reason i asked will for credit system as thats going to be way better than coupons in case coupons are sold for cheaper prices on forums as the system will again be filled up with spam sites

Luckily no, because proxy owners still have to register to use these coupons.

In addition, it should not cause that problem because there is still a cost associated with submission. Spam sites will be deleted from the list, no matter if they were submitted with PayPal or with a coupon.

If coupons become "cheap", that means I'm giving too many out. I've given a lot of coupons out to kick-start this big change, but soon the supply will settle down to a more reasonable number.

Nathan and I need to build a system where people can buy coupons at some reasonable percentage of "list" price. Then the aftermarket prices should hover just below that price.

Don't think the aftermarket will become too 'cheap', I mean if someone bought a coupon worth 50$, but he doesn't need it anymore, than he won't sell it for 5$.. he'll try to get the most out of it (as there is no expiry date on these coupons up to now.. )

Just submitted a fresh proxy using the new system and my coupon. Went smooothly Can't wait to see what the traffic's like with less junk getting posted and pushing me outta the way. (I've got more to submit too, but I'm gonna stagger them)

can't see any spam sites on tech-faq today
and also the proxies are receiving good traffic so even if one pays $1 for the listing its worth paying
for sure the system is working out good
