    Is site submission disabled on TopBits?

    For the life of me I can't find a login area to submit a proxy on topbits.

    I did manage to find the submit page though but no way to log in to submit.

    Any help with this will be appreciated.

    Well it is redirecting from Tech-faq again but it doesn't seem to be complete yet as there is no login form for the proxy submissions.

    And I didn't see an announcement that it was in progress so I don't know if the transition has started yet.
