Something wrong with Proxy List

Today tech-faq proxy list have a new feature, show the location of web proxy server...

but something wrong after that...

double submit, pay 2 for 1 proxy

After the recent coupon exploit, I'm seeing almost everything on tech-faq as an exploit of some sort.
