Tech-Faq template error?

When I visit TF, I got the following msg:

Encountered error(s) while compiling `templates/misc.tpl':
- can't find/open `templates/misc.tpl'

Yep.. that's because I hacked the proxy list

No.. I didn't... ofcourse

I can't hack...

But Will just need to upload the missing file I think..
