I did that for a couple of reasons:
- To make it harder on the people who were using PayPal fraud to buy proxy coupons.
- I'm hoping to implement some new rules and I don't want to have a lot of outstanding coupons when that happens. I'd hate to see someone invest in a big coupon right before I ban their proxies.

The listing exists for as long as your proxy is reachable, but it's almost worthless once your site scrolls off the first page of the list.
