    I am unable to submit http://surfsuccessfully.co.cc/ eventhough i have back link still i am getting
    " Can't find a link back to us on your website " error

    I would talk to your host it took well over a minute to load your site and when it finally did the stylesheet didnt load. So odds could be the link check is timing out looking for a link.
