Hmm... I see 31 proxies added today, and it's only 2:41am.

I am not seeing that error on either of the servers.

Does it disappear when you hit <REFRESH>?

I just saw that error, once. As soon as I looked at it, it disappeared.

I submitted two test proxies and they are both showing up.

The grants in MySQL look good to my visual inspection. I made some pretty heavy changes to them yesterday. Maybe I just needed to execute a FLUSH PRIVILEGES statement?
