    PHProxy Theme (Compromise)

Attached is a PHProxy theme. I've embedded PHProxy into a free template from Download free CSS templates - Free CSS Templates -- having placed ads in positions that should generate reasonably good results (I've not tested it, and do not intend to do so, so I cannot make any guarantees). Please leave the link to Free CSS Templates intact, they were the designers of this theme.

    To Setup Your Own Proxy

    1. Upload all files to your web host/server.
    2. Replace "pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" with your AdSense Publisher ID.
    3. Replace "Your Proxy" with the name of your proxy.
    4. Get submitting to the Web sites listed under "Sponsors" (making sure to leave these links intact).
    5. You're golden.

P.S. It's gonna look pretty stuffed up, because the forum and this template both share the same background colour (white), you may wish to view the image separately.

This template took at least half an hour to convert, it wasn't compatible with Firefox, and the header was more so designed for a company Web site -- it doesn't look so bad now.
