Thread: Proxy List Script Theme "Cool Blue"

New theme for the proxy list script that was made by ProxyCoder.
ProxyCoder doesn't seem to be around anymore. I think the script is good.

The theme uses the Cool Blue template from Style Shout.
I will be releasing the theme shortly.
Maybe it will bring this script back to life since I haven't found any other custom themes for it and the default theme, well, looks like crap.
