Website Monitoring and DNS Updator Tool

I want to check people's interest in a software utility that runs on your computer to regularly check that all of your websites are up. The tool also logs the performance and other data from your web server. Here is example output:

    Checking ...
    HTTP/1.1 200 OK
    Date: Sat, 06 Dec 2014 10:28:15 GMT
    Server: Apache
    X-Powered-By: PHP/5.4.13
    Expires: Thu, 19 Nov 1981 08:52:00 GMT
    Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0
    Pragma: no-cache
    Set-Cookie: PHPSESSID=v18a0fcl0u8h6e3ssg7i18t2u4; path=/
    Content-Type: text/html

Total time: 0.502834s IP address: HTTP code: 200

Also, it will check for changes to your public IP address and dynamically update the DNS for your domain names hosted at NameCheap (this is useful for when you are running a home web server where your IP address is not static).

This tool would run in the background and alert you when some problem was found such as a web server not responding. Also, your domain names would be automatically updated if your ISP changed your IP address such as when power-cycling your broadband router.

It will handle multiple websites and domain names.

I have already coded this functionality into a combined PHP script and a C# program, put for the combined Tool I am thinking to code it in Python script so that it can run cross-platform.

So I am wondering if there is a market for this tool and what is a fair price in USD $ ?
