    adsense-abuse@google.com told me in no uncertain terms that I had to remove their ads from my YouTube downloading page.

    These are a violation of Youtubes TOS.

    C. You agree not to access User Submissions (defined below) or YouTube Content through any technology or means other than the video playback pages of the Website itself, the YouTube Embeddable Player, or other explicitly authorized means YouTube may designate.
    Its listed on there site but they have not as of yet enforced it. Yeah, and Adsense doesn't like these sites or the mp3 sites.
