Darn! But that is exactly what I would expect from liberal Colorado. That takes away all of the fun. And now it looks like I wasted all that money on skeet shooting lessons.

Looks like the FAA has shut down their plans.

Yeah but what authority Amazon has on the FAA compared to president Obama:

Yeah, but Obama is King of the United States. In his mind, he can do whatever the Constitution says he cannot do.

All 9 Supreme Court justices just ruled against his decision to illegally appoint people to the NLRB, which changed it from a neutral organization (as was intended) to one that is strongly pro labor union. Obama's response was that he believes the Supreme Court justices are all wrong.

Bizarre things like this only happen in the movies and Washington DC.

Buck Ofama does as he pleases because congress will not rein him in!
He has said many times, he will just bypass congress and do as he pleases.

    Ahahhaha that's a good one!

Like Iowadawg said we see it too often, power grab doesn't mix with a true democracy.

According to Congressional Republicans, they cannot rein him in legally. There is no way to enforce it unless they take it all way to the Supreme Court, and that only works if Obama obeys their rulings.

You cannot go to Eric Holder at the Justice Department. He is worse than Obama. He's already shifting Federal cases to liberal judges, which is why rulings that have made sense and stood in court cases for years are being overturned. Holder has already ignored several court orders imposed on him. Who do you go to after that?

Obama has the local Washington DC Circuit Court packed with liberal judges. The lawsuits have to start there, then they go to the Supreme Court when the liberal judges rule against the Republicans. All of this takes time.

The best thing to do it to make the public aware of his illegal activities through the lawsuits.

They are trying to enforce the rule of law for Executive Orders. The rule is as I've been saying all along. An Executive Order is nothing more than a directive from the president to Federal employees. An Executive Order cannot create or alter any law, nor can it change the way laws are enforced. It is intended to allow the president to get things done quickly in an emergency.

George Bush did issue more Executive Orders than Obama, as the Democrats claim. But that is a weak excuse on the part of the Democrats. Bush had to deal with 9/11. The big difference is that Bush's orders were legal. Too many of Obama's are not. The president takes and oath to defend and protect the Constitution and the laws of the United States. He is not allowed to change them or interpret them as he pleases. Only tyrants do that, which the primary scenario that the Constitution is supposed to prevent.

One thing that Obama is good for is pointing out the flaws and weaknesses in our legal system.

    Like Thomas Jefferson said:
Every government degenerates when trusted to the rulers of the people alone. The people themselves are its only safe depositories.

I think the weakest point in any Democratic Republic is no direct representatives that count for at least a 1/3 from the ordinary people, you know a system like a draw of a lottery so they aren't the same in power. Personalty, I will put in charge any politician 3 years maximum and no more than 3 times in power.

I think most Americans agree that we need term limits. The problem is that the people who are the most abusive when it comes to term limits are the same people who would need to change the law. The American people have no power to force a term limits law. They can only do it through the representatives they elect.

Minnesota's former Democrat Senator Paul Wellstone was a leading advocate of a 2-term limit for all political offices. He vowed he would only serve 2 terms to set an example. But what did he do after he served 2 terms? He said he had to run again to help fight against George Bush. It took a plane crash that killed him to get him to keep his promise.

Power corrupts, which is why we need term limits. Nothing will change in Washington as long as the old dogs are in charge and hell-bent on protecting their jobs and their turf.
