Anyone know about this Search Engine

    Hi,

All of a sudden I have been seeing UV from here. I think I will use it also. Looks a lot like big G.

Have any of you used this site?

Never seen it before. Lefthand menu has "billeder" instead of "images". Danish?

Added: A search on the name includes several reverences to a virus/adware/browser-hijacker by the same name.

It looks like a browser hijacker to me too, from doing a quick search (on bing) so I guess it's one to stay clear of tbh. Just the latest malware to avoid if reading about other peoples problems are anything to go by. More lowlifes trying to trick you into infecting your own PC, bloody arse'oles. Might be a good time to do a system scan, Sami, better safe than sorry.

Technical Description of snapdo.com snapdo.com, once it enters the host computer gets itself replicated to the other one using MS08-67 or (Microsoft Windows Server Service RPC Handling Remote Code Execution Vulnerability). In no time at all this particular infection spreads like a wild fire over the hard drive; thereby making it absolutely impossible to get rid of it at first instance. snapdo.com comes packed in a multi layer coding and is quite difficult for the antivirus so installed in the PC to analyze it properly. More often than not the antivirus is unable to detect it and the infection continues its malicious activities under its very nose.
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a terrible warning...

Your anti-virus software will not detect the REAL BAD viruses today. And all you need to do to pick them up is to visit an infected web site or view an infected email.

This is the one to watch out for:

I used all three of my scanners, I'm all good, nothing found.

I won't go back to the site. It's really to bad I liked the search and the image results were different then google.

I hope the people that are using the site are getting lucky like I did.
