Pretty smart idea, the can generate some nice SE traffic with that domain. There are many people who search those keywords on SE's

After all these years, Google still hasn't learned to test changes before deploying them into production.

Every other large IT organization I have worked with uses a model where changes go from Architecture to Engineering/Implementation to Operations. Details vary, but the big picture is always the same.

Except at Google; They are like little children with a big toy.
