Microsoft, AOL, Yahoo, strike ad alliance. The deal will allow each to sell the other other ads.

Facebook and Google Inc expect to increase advertising share by 9.3 percent and 16.3 percent.

On the flipside, AOL, Microsoft and Yahoo are loosing advertising market share, with Facebook expected to surpass Yahoo for the first time this year.
