  1. Google Searches for Staffing Answers

Google Searches For Staffing Answers cracked me up, because part of the problem definition was:
Several said Google provides little formal career planning, and some found the company's human-resources programs too impersonal.
Google's solution to making their human resource process less "impersonal" was to design an algorithm that processes all available employee data and applies weights to each known factor.

    These guys are hopeless.

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

    I thought that was hilarious.

To make the company more human they want to design an algorithm.

Now they are being more big brother like in their own world. Could you imagine having people running a program to determine if you might want to quit soon?

I think Obama should take the reigns of Google and use all those resources to better his control.
