Google Will Start Using Copyright Violations for Ranking Purposes
It looks like Google will start using copyright violations to demote sites in the rankings.
New Google Update Draws Backlash
The problem with this is that you may not be aware of copyright violation accusations unless you are using Webmaster Tools with the site. This sounds like another route to a Negative SEO attack.
