Thread: Why SEO Disgusts Me

Want to know what things to stay away from when looking to hire a SEO professional? One who promises #1 results (there are no promises in SEO) and one who guarantees that you'll be ranking in a month (no guarantees) either. If the person doesn't utilize on-site SEO to ensure the pages are optimized, stay away. If their idea of SEO is submitting your site to the search engines, stay away. If they don't suggest you put a blog on your site, I'd be weary. If they don't start any SEO contract with you by first doing a site audit, stay away. Basically, stay away from 95% of SEOs. That's why I have business...I do legitimate SEO.
