Ok...I actually got the info from 'The Google Story' but it was probably referring to the paid listings and not the actually results themselves?

people are used to google, it would take forever to change what they're use to.

Competition is never bad, but what do you think the search engine share needs to be to make Bing/Yahoo relevant? 30% ? 50?
