Looking at the past two weeks of stats, Bing has generated 6% of my search engine traffic, and the visitors view over 9 pages each. Seems like a good start for me. Very high quality traffic anyhow. I get a lot of non related from Google.
Bing is new, so I am not sure how it will send hits.
I have been receiving search engine traffic from them on two of the sites I submitted sitemaps of. I haven't checked my others, but been receiving about a 15% rate from them
One good thing about Bing is that I am able to attract some targeted traffic, which can convert well. As camp185 said, Google indeed sends irrelevant traffic sometimes (generally speaking, though).
Many people fail to see that the underlying architecture of Bing is still Live Search, so there will be very little changes in how Bing or Live search used to send traffic to your blog. Of course, there are some curious people trying out Bing right now, but that can very well die out.
I am getting minimal traffic from Bing. Comparing traffic from Google : Bing = 15 : 1.
Its not less when the traffic is around 5k per day, but still i would not depend on Bing to send traffic as i don't see any future in it.
Google always rocks!
I've never even heard of Bing.com. Can someone please explain what it's all about?
In short,
Its a decision making search engine. As Microsoft says, it helps you get results for your searches in a way that you won't need to go further for searching.
Its expected to be one of the best search engines and launched in competition to Google and Yahoo Search.
I haven't seen any hits from Bing yet on my blogs. But, I would give it a month or two and it will probably be up and giving everyone hits.
