If I use the digg url (with that toolbar) it helps as I get many diggs. But does it not pass on the link juice? I am worried about the link building part.

Writing articles, has made me more disciplined. As to be successful, you need to get your schedule etc. straight.

I will also go with DoFollow, as it is like a thank you for people who comment n your blog.
