CSS. It won't take long. PHP on the hand...
But you should think about learning Javascript before PHP.
I'm still toying around with keywords, and I was wondering what the pros though of the Keyword Effectiveness Index (KEI). Is KEI still considered an useful metric? What other metrics do you use?

Click on one of the big tags and then scroll down to to where it says "See all xxxxx tags..."
Actually, it's more than 75,000. Books has over 83,000 tags associated with it.
And what features about it do you like?
Thanks! That PageRank site is alright but it could do with a few flowcharts and diagrams.

How about using Amazon tags? They have nearly 75,000 so far! Even better, each tag has a count showing how many times customers have used the tag.
Thanks, Will.
