what i can say just another warez site, think something unique or make unique script with good navigation and don`t use vbulletin coz is sucks.

the design is simple but pretty nice, i think you can add more directories or sub-directories, also take off ir put something into About and Guidelines category :)

Hello, nice looking blog and lovely second generation theme. Also domain is very good by the keyword.
Bad sides: tidy your adds, coz now they look very scattered and this makes blog less quality....

There is several options to get a quality free back links.
1. Post in to signature on good ranking forum
2. Post a replays on blogs
3. Add your site into free directory

At the moment all my sites i pr1 or pr2, also have 2 sites with pr3. Few years ago i had one site with pr5 but it lasted till next google pr update, so i think this don`t counts ;)
