Proxy.org works just fine and the error you are reporting is not an error from Proxy.org's server. Maybe you are trying to access proxy.org via your own proxy?

Your issue is surely not with Google, but a bad bot pretending to be Google. There are a lot of bad bots(BlockScript tracks over 643,228 bad bot IPs) and they won't respect your robots.txt file.

A few points for consideration:

- The filtering companies that you seek to block are large and have tremendous resources at their disposal. Blocking part of them is equivalent to not blocking them...

The filtering companies are going to crawl your site as soon as it gains any popularity. I would suggest blocking filtering companies and preventing unknown or shady bots from accessing your website...

The best technical solution to a problem like this is to simply block other proxies from accessing yours. Your server resources will improve and you will likely have less abuse.

These are nice tools. Blocking countries is certainly an effective way to reduce problems but jamming your .htaccess full of code is not the most efficient way to do it.
