I'd say about 3-4 hours per day. I usually nip online in my lunch break at work then after the kids are in bed. They sleep at about 7.30pm and I usually go to bed by 10pm.

How do you find your staff members? Do you ask them to be staff due to their experience of Admin / moderating at another site? Or do you ask a member of you forum who has a great interest in the...
My site is still pretty small at the moment so the only admin is me and one Moderator.
Hopefully it will get busier and I will just take on people as it happens.
I try to think of things myself and be orginal but I'm pretty new to this running a forum lark so sometimes if I see something really good somewhere else I might try something similar.
