A toplist has to start somewhere, how else do you think they get high traffic? Small traffic grows over time :P

yes but essentialy that is a ram issue your host has a set limit of how much ram you can use even if you have a whole dedi to yourself you can face this problem

i think the admin panel should be a little easier to navigate as some of the functions can be a little confusing to a newbie, and a better installation process :P

lacehost, as i host proxies extremely reliable at the moment, they have lots of good reviews, they also do normal shared hosting

monthly just in case you get scammed you don't lose all your money :) , and its easier to get a refund anyway , most companies dont like giving larger amounts of money back :P
