I use Adscendmedia and get a decent conversion rate. You'll never gt a perfect one, but I get 40-50% and pretty good rates of $1+.

Maybe the more educated people have ad blockers and other things installed because they know computers better.

I get a good 10 cents per click on my bidvertiser ads. Just got paid $11 the other day. :)

They're big enough already, no need to reward people for recruiting anymore. Too bad for the people who spent a lot of time on it though.

I don't think the .com market will change much. They are the most common domain name and if a site doesn't have it a competitor can kill their business by buying it out.
