Currently I have:
*ip logging of poster
*posting limit per ip
*reciprocal link checker
*auto mailing of submitted proxies to google groups...

Due to abuse of the list I've added a reciprocal link checker to the script. Sorry guys but it was the only way to stop the spammers :(
