I have written several articles for my site, but not for money. I have an article section that serves as a writing forum.

If I were to hire an admin, it would probably be someone from within my staff team who has been with me for a long time and knows the workings of the site.

I actually have a few members that have poor english grammar and spelling. However they do contribute, so I don't really do much about it.

I've been a staff member at different forums for around 5 years now.

I was surprised they should the video. It's pretty graphic and disturbing.







But it was a very tragic moment. I hope the best for his family and friends.

That is pretty big. And yeah, I believe it could also be a big competitor to Google.

During the summer, we were out of power for almost 2 days. But I was out at a cottage so it didn't really matter then.

I have a pretty diverse taste in music.







But my main favourite would have to be rock.

When I first started my forum, I had a power hungry staff member. Apparently a few of their friends joined my forum and they made it their goal to make their stay miserable. I ultimately demoted...

Mine was injecting a harmful sql code to my forum and messing it up and the last backup was weeks ago.







I always worry about doing something like this. But you learn from your mistakes.

That is crazy. It's pretty much it's own forum.

My ranking consistently changes from 1 to 2 and 2 to 1. Either way I'm happy I'm even up there.

Well when I first started making forums, I guess the biggest mistake I made was being too strict. Where I should have given warnings I gave out suspensions instead. Of course this didn't go over well...

I don't do moderation queue for the first few posts. I did it before, but found that it was both annoying for the new members and the staff, so I got rid of it.
