My understanding is that you have to have logged into your accounts first then use this tool. If that's so then its not all that useful.
I would gladly like to compete against any competitor who is wasting their time submitting to 0 PR sites. I don't waste my time doing that, but maybe that explains why my sites rank so well.
Social Bookmarking is a very good resource for backlink building and I know a thing or two about link building as my site ranks both #1 and #2 for backlink building services.

Thanks for mentioning this. I had not noticed that PR had changed. I had been wondering lately if it would. Some of my pages that have almost no links like my mission statement page went from 0 to 2....
