Layout, and sometimes individuality. I see many websites that look the same, with not much thought put into them. I also tend to look at the color scheme, which is very important to me.
I started hand-coding, but it's too much effort. Plus i can design much better websites in dreamweaver, strangely.
Maybe i need to become more experienced in hand-coding.
