Hi guys i am lorcan i am the new manager of the subway category.

I really hate them, it just looks terrible on the forum.

I would do it by application, because people with more experience would come.

I would normally talk to a fellow staff member.

I never really ever got complaints.

For me it is the mod role as well.

Voluntary as that means they care more about the forum.

Yes it will be very slow i think because most countries are just getting back on their feet.

I have two dogs a golden retriver and a German shepard.

I would say over 150, i have lost count over the years.

That was really good, well done on the find.

I ban them on the spot if they are new, but if they have been on the forum for awhile i put them under mod supervision and after that i ban them.

I think if they are too big it makes the forum look really bad.

Its really stupid to overstaff a general forum, but on a promotion forum,i think it is pretty handy to have quite a bit of staff.

I used to use mod handbook but not any more.

I think that they can be ok at times but sometime they can just be annoying.

I think that team leader are important on these kind of forums, but on a general chat forum i would just have a headmod.

I would hire a co admin if they had great cv, even though that they might haven't been on the forum at all.
