I dont think an owner has to know coding. I dont, but it is nice to know simple html, and how to install modifications.

Im working on a new forum, and Im administering with another guy. The only reason is because me and him led BRG as a clan together, and were expanding.

Depending on how serious it is, I can get annoyed, and if its my forum or a forum im staff on id tell them to stop.

Yea, like David said, a more laid back, easy going, and humorous admin is much better than a strict admin. I love when the admins make jokes, and it gets the whole community going when they start...
