if you are getting SE traffic then it is cheap traffic for sure.... bcoz every proxy which is ranked well in google is already banned in most places

you need to have a good server to do it.... cheap and slow server can hang in the process
and remember to make db backup before doing automatic update...

i would recommend you to do it manually for better results

I think it has both negative and positive points.

Positive - Proxies are getting more traffic
Negative - There is problem for guys like me who submit 2-3 proxies daily

I usually get a good amount of traffic converted into good clicks.
