My forum's been getting lower in activity. Link is http://www.zantherus.com/community. My members aren't too apt with contests, so what else can I do to get them active?

As a user? Not really. I've been lucky to never really be on the bad end of a power hungry staff member.
For me, if a forum has really strict rules, I just don't go to that forum. So most forums I go to don't have ridiculous rules.
11,500 posts on Zantherus for me. Never gotten close to that on another forum; closest to that was like 3000 posts or so.
MyBB is awesome. I have a forum on that software and it's really fun to use because it's so simple but works well. The Afresh themes on there are amazing.
