What do you think of article marketing today? Do you think they are still effective for SEO or do you think there are better methods that you would use?
If it's getting a lot of traffic, I would try to monetize the site and make it better for the visitors.
Yeah it kind of sucks. I was waiting so long for them to approve my posts, only to now find out they their forum went from do-follow to no-follow.
I'm really sorry to hear that... Is there a public library nearby your home? Maybe you can use a public facility somewhere that has electricity and AC to help you go online.
Thank you for clearing that up.
I don't think social bookmarking is that good anymore, as it's often used for back links nowadays. But if you can come up with a good link bait and submit it to sites like digg.com or...
I used to submit many articles to article directories, but their sites have declined in value since then. Now I just focus more on the content of my site.
Like others have said, the links should be accepted. If you're not worried about traffic, then go for it. If you do worry about your readers coming to your site being very confused, then you should...
It's safer and more effective if you write and submit unique content to article directories. Not only will it give you author privileges, but if done right, it will also help your rankings in the...
That's basically it. Write an article, put a back link to your site in the resource box, and submit the article to the directories. The articles you write and submit should have unique content.
I used rank checker when I started out. After a few weeks, when my site got indexed, it was more accurate to manually check the first pages of the SERPs.
Hey, thanks for adding those. I have only used Google AdWords Keyword tool and will try to keep these two keyword tools in mind if I have to do keyword research for another niche.
Yeah that's true, how rich someone is depends on how rich they already are. In other words, it's all relevant.
From your experience and knowledge, what is usually the average conversion rate for a digital product?
I understand, but couldn't you divide the exact searches for the previous month by 30 to get an estimated number of searches per day?
Will linking all your posts to each other in your website automatically help it rank better in the SERPs?
Much of blogging is about following your passion. Do most people get rich by following their passion with their blog?
How accurate is Google AdWords Keyword Tool for determining daily visitors? Is there a better keyword tool for this?
I agree. It's good for side income, but it's definitely not a model that will get you rich because you'll be basically trading time for money.
Same here. I prefer a white background color for a health website. If you really want to put green, what about going light green?
Besides creating good content on your blog, get more exposure by building relationships with other top bloggers in your niche and see if you can guest post on their blogs while adding an anchor text...
Yes, it's pretty much works the same way as a regular website. Use Get Click if you want to see real time traffic.
I agree with the others. I used their directory before and it's not that good. Plus, it's expensive to get your articles distributed to more sites.
Try to build relationships with the people in the forums and become an expert in your niche by helping others. Eventually, people will notice you and be curious to click to your website.
Nice lessons on online marketing, by why Amish farmers?
Actually to me, Google is an ideal search engine. The only complaint I have is that SERPs can sometimes be a headache to rank up there for webmasters, but that's part of the fun and challenge.
Even after a year of this post, I believe that Facebook is still the most popular social networking website. We'll have to see if Google+ can stands a chance against it.
I agree. I don't think blog commenting is that useful for gaining page rank; it would be to easy for spammers. It is more useful for SEO purposes, and it also helps build your brand and credibility...
I guess it would depend on your situation (time, money, etc.) For me, I would concentrate on getting on site successful, and then moving to the next site.
