Firefox is the best in my opinion. Not the fastest but has the most features. But if you want the fastest either Safari or Chrome is the best bet.

The only time I will comment is if the article was interesting or angered me, lol. And if it has a hard to see captcha or signup required I won't post at all.

Akismet saves you a GREAT deal of time and trouble and a tremendous headache. It works pretty well also, no spam comments have gotten through for me before.

I prefer .com but if that isn't available I like to go for .net and if that isn't even available I will go for a .org but usually I like to have all 3 domains empty that way no one can get confused...

It all depends, if it is using a free template I won't use it. If it is badly coded I wont use it. If it generally looks ugly I wont use it. But if it has good graphics I will actually look into it...

Yeah, I use Firefox' error console as well as Firebug. Great combination and usually helps me fix any kind of bug.

Windows is the killing point for many things. Very few trust windows to behave so they don't want their website on it. lol.

I had that same problem, but the only way to fix that is to set a minimum price, trust me it works. I once set it with no limit and I was making MAYBE 20 cents a day, I set it to $2 or higher bids...

Out of all the Javascript Libraries I found that I love MooTools, although jQuery isn't bad either. I just found MooTools to be easier to use than jQuery.
