I really don't know that it no longer works, but we're still on it. We're doing our best to make this work for our customers. I'm just a representative here, just leave a message to our live support if offline, because the owner itself will be the one to answer it.

He is talking rubbish.
I can assure you since this is what I am doing for my websites and guess what on the latest
PR update of google 31 dicember 2009 the sites where I have invested money for link wheels they all have raised of PR
I suggest you no to just listen to others do it yourself he probably has his good reasons to say that....
But keep working on your link wheels with fresh content and different diagrams and you will see the results.
it is the only thing that is working at the moment

Just to clarify:
I am not interested and I do not know the service you offering,
mine was just my own experience that I wanted to report since I have seen the difference in the latest PR update doing link wheels.
To say that link wheels don't work it is just not true.
Depens on the way you make them.
But then again, anything that is not done properly wont work...
