I need somebody to develop sales copy to put on an A5 flyer for $50 (negotiable).

The flyer will offer my services specifically to Bed & Breakfasts in my local area and thus outline the benefits to such businesses of having a website (E.g. accepting reservations automatically/online from anywhere in the world, allowing them to compete with corporate hotels on a level playing field etc).

The flyer will ONLY be delivered to B&B's. Graphic design is not necessary.
